Charlie Veniga-Garret BA Hons
Charlie is a glass designer and fine artist. She also creates bespoke glass for Individual clients under the name of Charlie Noel Glass. Her primary medium is fused glass, a medium she has been working with for 14 years.
Charlie’s inspiration primarily comes from the landscape, water, nature, and flower’s and from the lifestyles and interests of her many private clients. Conversations with clients trigger ideas and emotions, which she puts into a mind map in order to develop new design concepts.
Charlie’s passion for glass shines through as she speaks about designing bespoke pieces, the colours, and textures. Each piece she creates has a unique narrative and is made with care, love, and passion.
There have been many inspirational moments in Charlie’s career. In 2018 she successfully curated a glass exhibition for 34 glass artists at Maidstone Museum. In 2019 she created a large office commission for a Glass Art Wall in an accountancy office.
